Hi, I’m Makayla! 🤍 I’m the stylist behind Common Roots Hair Studio in West Wichita. I specialize in blonding, lived-in color, dimensional hair, and extensions, and I love creating hair that feels beautiful but still wearable and easy to maintain. I’m also a wife and mom of two, so I know how important it is to have a little time to yourself. My goal is for every appointment to feel comfortable, relaxed, and fun — whether we’re chatting the whole time, watching TV, or just letting you enjoy some quiet time. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A valid card is required to book all appointments.
* A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
* No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service.
Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is important to me! If you feel your hair needs a minor adjustment, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments are complimentary when they relate to the original consultation and service provided.
Requests made after 7 days, or changes to the original agreed-upon service, will require booking a new appointment and will be charged accordingly.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in each service, all services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 7 days so I can assess the situation and, if appropriate, make a reasonable adjustment.
